COVID-19 Testing: Letter to the Secretary of State

Rachel Cerfontyne, independent HCEB Chair has written to the Secretary of State for Transport asking that the new Taskforce that he is chairing looks urgently at the need for the introduction of a testing regime at Heathrow which can reduce the length of the quarantine requirement and ultimately mitigate any risks posed to local communities.
